I have been excited to try out products by Rustic Art for a long time. After trying so many cosmetic brands, Rustic Art seems to be a breath of fresh air in a market flooded with cosmetics promising the moon.
Their products arrived in 3 days. I was thrilled to see the awesome packaging of their lip moisturizer. It is a tiny case in black and you open it up to view a cute little jar of moisturizer sitting pretty inside. I loved the texture of the case and it is strong enough to protect the jar inside.
The moisturizer I’ve tried is Organic Rose Lip Moisturizer. The fragrance reminds me of typical fragrances of Ayurvedic medicines (in a nice way of course)! It’s a little buttery, and spreads easily on the lips. It imparts no colour on an application. The job of this tiny jar is to moisturize lips and it does just that! The product contains natural essential oils and certified organic ingredients. The makers of this brand do not support child labour at all. They claim to use an eco-friendly process without any testing done on animals. I loved the mild fragrance of this moisturizer. Mind you, this is not the typical lip balm you may find in leading brands which promise to stay forever or give a hint of rose color to your lips. If you are expecting that, please buy the ‘chemical-loaded’ ones. It does its job and keeps lips soft and supple and did not irritate my skin. The product is suitable for chapped or dry lips.
Ingredients:
Bee Wax, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Aloe Vera, Honey, Shea Butter, Vit – E Oil, Organic Rose Essential Oil, Glycerine.

Pros:
- It is organic
- Not tested on animals
- Is natural in texture
- Did its job to moisturize perfectly
- Great packing
- No addition of artificial fragrance
Cons:
- You need to keep dipping your finger in it to apply. A tube would be better although, this is not really a con. It’s a feedback.

Would I purchase it again? Yes, of course!

Great review, we all need to use products which are chemical free.
Hello, thanks for dropping by! Yeah, I’ve seen people spend a lot on foreign products but there are some good ‘desi’ organic products we can try. They are certified too.
